Well, that was Mothers Day.. Jude heard from all her kids which made her day, & worked her tush off to ensure that mine wasnt too traumatic. As promised, we uplifted my big sis Karen from the home & took her through to Paeroa to see my Mum. wasnt quite sure what we would find what with her senile dementia getting worse, but she was having a good day & was quite rational. We stayed for about an hour & a half & Mum chatted well, not even seeming to resent Karens presence as she does sometimes.
Karen came home for lunch at our place which went well. She aint very big, but Damn she can pack the food in.. About 2ish we had all had enough & Karen was starting to nod off in the lazyboy, so we took her home just in time for afternoon tea & the usual round of introductions that you get.. This is where she lives... Nice innit ?
